Not always. Many universities accept an MOI (Medium of Instruction) certificate instead of IELTS. Some programmes still require IELTS — it depends on the university, which we confirm for your shortlist.

The official minimum is about €3,410/year (the embassy uses €56/day, or €26/day if accommodation is prepaid). We recommend maintaining €8,000–€10,000 in liquid funds for a stronger profile.
An MEA apostille is official Government of India authentication of your documents (educational certificates & PCC), required before the Slovak Embassy will accept them.
The Slovak Embassy only accepts translations from a Slovak Ministry of Justice registered sworn translator. Normal Indian translations are rejected.
